8 "Buying Game" Grace seeks Will's advice on buying her studio space; Jack becomes a massage therapist.
16 "Yours, Mine Or Ours" Will and Grace compete for the affections of their new neighbor, Peter (David Newsome) when they learn that they both have a date with him.
18 "Grace, Replaced" Will meets a friendly and energetic new neighbor, Val (Molly Shannon); Jack is sentenced to pick up trash for slapping a meter maid.

49 "Girl Trouble" Grace is appalled when her new intern suddenly emulates Karen and her brassy persona; Will and Jack run a gay-sensitivity seminar for cops.
62 "Poker? I Don't Even Like Her" Grace ruins Will's weekly poker game; Jack and Karen target a plastic surgery guinea pig, socialite Cancice Pruitt (Christine Ebersole).
70 "Crouching Father, Hidden Husband" Softhearted Grace steps out to a prom—with Jack's dateless 12-year-old son; demanding Karen cries wolf to Will once too often.

89 "Fagel Attraction" Will's laptop computer is stolen and a detective promises to help him find it; psycho neighbor Val opens a rival design business; Jack takes part in gay group therapy.
113 "Dolls and Dolls" Karen moves in with Liz (Madonna), a high-maintenance roommate.
126 "Fanilow" While secretly waiting in line for tickets to a Barry Manilow concert, Will meets an avid fan (Sara Gilbert); Grace discovers her mother has cancelled their annual shopping spree to have dinner with Jack.
